I enjoy finding students own strengths and using those as tools to make the most of their learning process. I use a lot of different ways in my teaching (visual, audio, written, hands-on learning). This way the learning process is tailored according to students needs. I find it important that students are active learners during the lessons. As a teacher I focus on keeping teaching/instructions short and efficient. With this approach students get a lot of time for practising themselves and in my experience improve faster.
